Who we are
propr.co.nz is operated by Propr Property Management Limited, a New Zealand licensed real estate agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA 2008). Our office is in Wellington.
What the website is for
The website provides information about our property management services, our pricing, the Charter Member programme, and the journal. We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but the website is informational — the binding terms of any engagement come from the management agreement you sign.
Appraisal form
Submitting the appraisal form does not commit you to anything. We'll use the details to prepare a written appraisal and contact you. Information you submit is handled per our privacy policy.
Pricing illustrations
The pricing page includes worked examples (such as the “Numbers Don't Lie” comparison). These are illustrative, based on a typical Wellington four-bedroom rental and reasonable assumptions about tenancy events in a year. Your actual fees and savings depend on your property, your tier, and the events of the year.
Charter Member programme
The Charter Member programme is open to the first 100 properties brought under Propr management. The rate that applies at signing is fixed for the duration the property remains under continuous Propr management. The programme closes automatically once 100 spots are taken. Full programme terms are part of the management agreement.
Intellectual property
Site copy, branding, illustrations, and code are owned by Propr Property Management Limited or used under licence. You may share links to public pages freely. Reproducing substantial copy or visual assets without permission isn't allowed.
Third-party links
Some pages link to external sites (e.g. Trade Me, Tenancy Services). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Liability
We try hard to keep the website accurate. To the extent the law allows, we don't accept liability for losses arising from reliance on website copy in isolation — the management agreement is the binding document.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when the current version was last changed.
